With 13+ years of experience with user experience, design, marketing, and strategy, I have had the privilege of holding key roles in both agencies and companies. I’ve served as CEO of the consultancy firm Growit Group, second-in-command and digital advisor at Oktan Oslo, and contributed to product development at PayEx/Swedbank Pay and VG Lab. Later, I led customer experience and B2B offerings at Elton.
Having worked with over 200 companies across industries, I’ve seen firsthand what truly works. I thrive on blending strategic thinking with creativity, always measuring success through tangible results. While documentation, goal-setting, and planning are crucial, I also emphasize building strong company cultures, developing effective business and product strategies, and delivering impactful user experiences. Today, I use this experience to help businesses achieve lasting improvements.
